Zichen (Andreas) Liu is a doctoral student in the Department of English at Harvard University. His current interests include 16th-century romance epics, early modern satire (especially the revival and metamorphosis of the Menippean tradition), and the history of western philology. As an enthusiast for early European music, he is also fascinated with the relationship between text, language, and music in Renaissance and Baroque eras.
