The Latin American History Seminar and Workshop meets every other week to study a central question in Latin American history. This week's workshop features a discussion with **Ben Vinson III** (Case Western Reserve University) about his book *Before Mestizaje: The Frontiers of Race and Caste in Colonial Mexico* (Cambridge, 2018).
