**The Center for History and Economics is delighted to introduce a new series of ‘Tea Talks’ for the 2025/26 academic year.** These informal gatherings, on Monday afternoons from 4:30-5:30 pm, aim to bring together scholars working at the intersection of history, economics and politics. Invited speakers will present for no more than 20 minutes, followed by a round table conversation. Light refreshments will be provided.

This fall, we will welcome:

Anne McCants ([MIT / History](https://history.mit.edu/people/anne-e-c-mccants/)): **Monday, November 24th**, 4:30-5:30 pm, CGIS S-050
